ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's missing daughter Syamala, aged 35 years, D/o.Gandhi and grand daughter Vanitha, aged 7 years, D/o.Symala before this Court and set them at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the first detenue. 2.From the status report, we gathered that there was a money due from the detenu to various persons. He was also suspected to have relationship with somebody else. However, investigation is still going on.

3.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed, however with a direction to the respondent to proceed with the investigation and as and when the detenus are secured, they should be produced before the jurisdictional magistrate.
