ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide with police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the 3rd respondent and his agents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police submitted that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and further the parties had already filed a civil suit in O.S.No.160 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Namakkal and the same is pending.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering the fact that the civil suit is pending between the parties, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief as sought by him in this petition. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court to seek his remedy in the manner known to law.
