This petition has been filed to implead the petitioners herein as party respondents in the present writ petition. 2.This impleading petition has been filed on the ground that the petitioners in this petition are also claiming right and title over the subject property.
3.It is not necessary for this Court to go into this issue in this petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that already a petition has been filed to implead the petitioners in this petition as defendants in the suit. Hence, it is left open to the petitioners to adjudicate the case before the Civil Court.
