Mr.R.Sasi Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records pertaining to the order dated 11.06.2025 issued by the third respondent as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to allot the duties of the post of Junior Tractor Driver to the petitioner and to transfer him to the Villupuram District Office.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the Junior Tractor Driver and was allotted with Tractor, however vide impugned order dated 11.06.2025, he was given the responsibility of Bull Dozer which is the duty of Senior Tractor Driver. It is the promotional post. In this connection, the petitioner has sent representation on 17.06.2025 explaining his 2/4

inability to drive heavy vehicle namely, Bull Dozer and requested to post him in the original post of Junior Tractor Driver and such representation is pending with the respondents. 4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of.
