When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial in C.C.No.182 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-District Munsif, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District, had been completed and that the petitioner was acquitted on 31.10.2025, as a result of which, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. 2.
