ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.32 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as A12 in the above said FIR for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 447, 109, 386, 467, 506(ii) IPC and 3(1) of T.N.P.P.(D & L) Act 1994.

3. The second respondent/defacto complainant is said to have filed an affidavit during the proceedings in Crl.OP.No.4866/2017 by stating that he is not interested in pursuing the criminal complaint because of the amicable settlement arrived between the parties, and this petitioner has also been arrayed as one of the parties in Crl.OP.No.4866/2017 by virtue of an order passed on 14.09.2020, the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.32/2011 pending on the file of the first respondent police was quashed. 4.Since the petition has also been filed for the same relief which has already been granted by this Court in the earlier Crl.OP.No.4866/2017, this Page No.2 of 4
