This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 13.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.43575 of 2022 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
