Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRL. SIDE)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 21.09.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, strongly opposed this petition, as the petitioner on his own volition only accepted to deposit the amount, while granting anticipatory bail.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner on his own volition, came forward to deposit the amount. Now he could not get back from his stand and seek modification of the said condition.

4. In view of the above, the petition stands dismissed. However, the time is extended by two weeks to deposit the amount as undertaken by the petitioner, while grant of anticipatory bail to him. -sd/- 06/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
