This Petition has been filed to implead the petitioners / proposed respondents No.3 to 6 as respondents Nos.3 to 6 in the above A.S.No.48 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the proposed respondents No.3 to 6, if the papers are otherwise in order and also directed to print the name of Mr.Kalyanaraman, learned counsel for the respondents.

5. List the case on 15.09.2023.
