JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/wife challenging the order dated 27.06.2022 passed in HMOP.No.3312 of 2019 granting divorce to the respondent/husband.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant/wife as well as the respondent/husband would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and to that effect a joint Compromise Memo dated 30.07.2024 has also been executed between them. The joint Compromise Memo dated 30.07.2024, signed by both parties and their respective counsel is produced before this Court.

3. As per the Compromise Memo, it was mutually agreed between the appellant and the respondent that (i) the marriage between them on 10.11.2014 is dissolved legitimately (ii) both the parties have exchanged their respective articles with each other and (iii) there are no claim or demand whatsoever in any manner either movable or immovable properties against each other in future.

4. The joint Compromise Memo dated 30.07.2024 entered between the parties, duly singed by both parties and their respective counsel is hereby recorded.

5. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of Joint Compromise Memo dated 30.07.2024, which shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
