This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15873 of 2022 dated 11.07.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15873 of 2022 dated 11.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Special Court for POCSO Act, Salem on the 1st working day of every week at 10.30.a.m for a period of one month and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
