This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11725 of 2022 to surrender and execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within a period of one week from the date on which the Order copy is made ready, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
