This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2018 and 22.12.2022 as per the recommendation of the 3rd respondent dated 05.10.2018 in Proceedings No.C1/292/18.

2. Heard, Mr. S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.V.Velusamy learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 & 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2018 and 22.12.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
