ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the father of the detenu. As the detenu was found missing, a complaint was given in C.S.R.No.1084 of 2019 and thereafter, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu has left with one Nasrin, who was a married woman. Therefore, it is a case of elopement.

3. We also perused the complaint. Complaint discloses the above said fact. Therefore, we do not find any illegal detention made to trace the detenu and as and when the detenu is found, he shall be produced.

4. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
