Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents. By consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition is taken-up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.07.2016 for grant of patta in his favour in respect of the property purchased by the petitioner by the registered sale deed, dated 09.11.2011. In the said representation, there is reference to patta granted in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

favour of the petitioner's vendor. Therefore, the petitioner has to produce the document and then, to approach the third respondent. Therefore, at this stage, no direction can be issued by this Court.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the third respondent, along with all documents, including the patta issued in favour of the petitioner's vendor. No costs.
