] This petition is filed by the legal representative of the deceased 4th respondent in A.S.No.163 of 2016, to implead herself as a party respondent to represent the case of the deceased 4th respondent in the appeal.

2.This petition is expected from the appellant. But, the petitioner herein, who is the legal representative of the deceased 4th respondent, has filed this petition. However, there is no objection on the side of the appellant. 3.Therefore, this petition is ordered and the petitioner herein is impleaded as the 7th respondent in A.S.No.163 of 2016. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the papers.
