This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu twice daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19719 of 2022 dated 22.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has not been complying with the the conditions and the case is at the stage of framing of charges and there are 8 previous cases as against the petitioner.
