This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 21.04.2025 passed in C.C.No.232 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Tindivanam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 10 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
