O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 2nd respondent to consider her representation dated 05.01.2024 seeking issue of patta in her name in respect of property situated in Survey Nos. 823/3A and 823/3D at Aandiyappanoor village, Vaniambadi Taluk, Thirupattur District.

2. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property was settled in her favour by her husband under a registered settlement deed dated 08.12.2010. It is also stated that the name of one Kaliyappan was wrongly included in the revenue records in respect of above mentioned property. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 05.01.2024 before the 2nd respondent seeking issue of patta in her name and the same has not been considered. Hence, she is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the said position, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to above said Kaliyappan.
