O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents particularly the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024 sent for sanctioning of further loan for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- by the second respondent.
2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he is a retired army person, has six daughters and three sons and drawing monthly pension. He got pension loan for a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- from the second respondent bank and a sum of Rs.3,50,000 is yet to be discharged. This being the case, there was a marriage proposal for his divorced third daughter, for which, he made a proposal for further loan of sum of Rs.6,00,000/- i.e., equal to 18 months plus 2 months extra from the his monthly pension. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 24.07.2024 to the second respondent for further loan. However, the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.
6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
7. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons if any, within a period Page No.3 of 6
of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
