O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.05 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Madipakkam, Chennai.

2. The first respondent police has registered a case FIR in Crime No.05 of 2015 against the petitioners for the offences under sections 498(A), 406, 323 and 506(i) IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation completed and final report has also been filed.

2.Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
