2.The petitioner seeks certain information regarding the working of a Primary Health Centre at Sevvapettai, Thiruvallur District. 3.Mr.C.Vigneswaran, the learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent. Mr.A.Anandan, the learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

4.The 2nd respondent is now required to furnish the details sought by the petitioner. In order, this matter is not precipitated and let it be free out of any litigation.
