The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.12.2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.359 of 2015 in C.C.No.441 of 2012, on the file of the Fast Track Court Magisterial Level-2, Egmore.

2.Heard, Mr.K.Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Mr.Vijayan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner met with an accident and bedridden and hence, he was unable to appear before the trial Court.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with and he shall be represented by a counsel after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filing appropriate application. The petitioner shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and at the time of passing judgment.

5.Considering the case is of the year 2012, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
