This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12268 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of the family and is unable to comply with the conditions regularly. He further submits that the petitioner is residing in Bodinayackanur, Theni District along with her aged parents and children. She finds it difficult to appear before the respondent Police daily and is put to great hardship. Hence, he seeks a modification of the condition

3. In reply, The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the conditions imposed by this Court so far. He further submitted that investigation is at an initial stage and that the petitioner may be required to appear before the respondent Police for investigation.

4. In the light of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 2nd Tuesday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is 2/4
