Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent police to register the complaint dated 04.02.2021 given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent police and to conduct an enquiry within a time frame.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeks direction to register the complaint dated 04.02.2021.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.19 of 2021 has been assigned. The petitioner and the counter petitioner were called for enquiry and both of them given written undertaking. Based on which the CSR has been closed on 10.02.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court feels that no further action be needed in this case. The respondent police is directed to serve the disposal/closure report in C.S.R.No.19 of 2021 to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner to agitate the same if so desire. With the abovesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
