This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of petitioner son's complaint dated 16.10.2016 on the file of the first respondent to some other officer.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.2477 of 2020 and submitted its before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015, and the case has been posted on the next hearing on 18.08.2021 and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this petition.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
