Crl.O.P.No.23383 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.23383 of 2022 D r.G.JAYACHANDRAN.J., This criminal original petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of arrest in connection with the Crime No.1036 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. On perusing the records, this Court finds that this is the third anticipatory bail petition in respect of Crime No.1036 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 448, 427 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992. Earlier, while dismissing the anticipatory bail petition, this Court has observed that the petitioner has committed breach of bail conditions, which are imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail in the very same case on 14.12.2018.
