Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to cancel the drug license issued on 14.01.2020 in favour of 3rd respondent under Section 21 of Drug and Cosmetic Rules without proper scrutiny of original purported 1/4
