ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for nonimplementation of the order dated 24.06.2022 in W.P.No.19256 of 2014. 2.This Court passed an order as under:

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, also made a submission that the case of the writ petitioner will be considered by the competent authorities in the arising vacancy. The said vacancy aroused with effect from 04.05.2022 and the case of the writ petitioner will be considered in respect of the said vacancy.

3.This being the submission made, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the case of the writ petitioner on merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the case of the writ petitioner was considered favorably by the respondents and her name was included in the panel as on 01.01.2022. No post has been filled up as of now. Whenever, the administrative action is taken to fill up the post, all the necessary steps will be taken to grant promotion to the writ petitioner along with other candidates in accordance with the seniority and the name of the petitioner stands in Serial No.1 and she will be considered accordingly. 4.In view of the fact that the name of the writ petitioner was considered and her name was included in the panel, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. 20.10.2022 Internet : Yes Index : Yes Speaking order/Non-Speaking Order ssr 3/4
