Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to dispose the petitioner of Review Petition No.555 of 2016 pending before the 2nd respondent for orders at the earliest in accordance with law.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's Review Petition No.555 of 2016 pending before the second respondent for orders at the earliest, in accordance with law.

3.Though very many contentions have been raised in this petition in detail, at the time of making submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the second respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition, that would suffice.

4.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader (Co-op) who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. 5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court feels that there is no need to deal with the entire averments made in the affidavit filed in support of

this petition. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the Review Petition No.555 of 2016, filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
