It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court, has already repossessed the vehicle and has handed over the custody of the same to the applicant. It is also informed that the Advocate Commissioner has been paid his initial remuneration and the learned counsel for the applicant seeks further time for the applicant to pay the additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner, as directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 25.09.2023. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Since the respondent has been set exparte by this Court and the vehicle has been repossessed by the applicant with the assistance of the Advocate Commissioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application.

4. Accordingly, this Arbitration Application is disposed of. However, the applicant will have to comply with the directions given by this Court on 25.09.2023 by paying the additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
