O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to survey his land situated in S.R.No. 375/1C and S.R.No.375/1E at Gugaiyanallur village, Katipadi Taluk, Vellore district.

2. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property belongs to him and he submitted an online application on 22.03.2024 seeking survey of the property in E-Challan No.20240322008695. The said online application has not been considered by the respondent till date. Therefore, he is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 5, submitted that the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within a time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
