This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 29.06.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for regularization of service along with all attendant benefits.

Heard Mr.J.Edison Gnanaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

The case of the petitioner is that he was employed in the 3rd respondent school. Thereafter, the petitioner was transferred from the 3rd respondent school to a different school. The petitioner had availed a loan and the 2/5

monthly installments were deducted from his salary. Since the petitioner was transferred to a different school in another district, the salary was not regularized in the new place. The petitioner requested the authorities to transfer the loan account to the new place of work through IFHRMS. However, the same was not considered. The petitioner was making repeated representations in this regard and there was no response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner and also of the fact that the salary of the petitioner has not been regularized for some time now, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 29.06.2024 and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the petitioner can go over to the office of the 1st respondent and submit the 3/5

necessary affidavit that is required in order to consider the request made by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will go over to the office of the 1st respondent and do the needful. 6.
