(CR.NO. 19 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20079/2021 dated 02.11.2021 on condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Cr.No.19/2021 on the file of the respondent police station and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20079 of 2021 on 02.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is working as Soldier in Indian Army in Jammu and Kashmir is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission that the petitioner would marry the victim girl after attaining as a major, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st week of Saturday of two months once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 10/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
