ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order of status quo passed by the learned District Munsif, Erode in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.342 of 2024 is the subject matter for the present contempt petition.

Mr.V.Chandrasekaran, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the interim order of status quo granted by the learned District Munsif, Erode has been flouted, despite the fact that the interim order has been extended periodically.

In respect of violations if any, committed by the defendants with reference to the orders of the District Munsif Court, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the same Court in the manner known to law including filing of contempt.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed and the Sub application is closed.
