Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.566/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the judgment and sentence passed by the learned Mahila Court, Cuddalore in S.C.No.40 of 2019 dated 26.04.2019 convicting the Appellant for an offence Under Section 364 of I.P.C. to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for period of Seven Years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- I.D. to undergo Simple Imprisonment one years, Under section 302 IPC to Undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for life and to pay a fine Rs.50,000/- I.D. to undergo simple Imprisonment for period of Two Years, Under Section 201r/w 302 IPC Undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for period of Five Years to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- I.D.

to undergo simple Imprisonment for period of Six Month, Under Section 6 of POSCO ACT 2012 to under Rigorous Imprisonment for life to pay a fine Rs.25,000/- I.D. to undergo Simple Imprisonment for period of Two Years and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.NO.566 OF 2019 [IN CRL.MP.NO.12704 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.566/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
