2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter has become infructuous under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. as against the petitioner. He further submitted that the main case in M.C.No.570 of 2017 on the file of the No.II, Additional Family Court, Chennai itself has been disposed of. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
