This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to appoint any other investigation officer in Cr.No.504 of 2016, on the file of the 2nd respondent police for conducting fair investigation on the supervising of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent police have already filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.63 of 2019, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ullundurpettai.
