Challenging the removal of unauthorized construction by the Impugned Order vide Letter No.STM/Works/8/963 dated 06.07.2004 passed under Section 185 (1) of the Cantonments Act, 1924 and for consequential relief, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that after filing of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner has also filed an appeal before the respondent for regularisation of unauthorised construction by deviating the original sanctioned plan.
