VENUGOPAL The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the Tamil Nadu Bar Council to enroll the petitioner as an Advocate under the provisions of the Advocates Act. The instant miscellaneous petition is filed seeking impleadment of Bar Council of India as a party respondent. Having regard to the issue involved herein, the Bar Council of India is a necessary party. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
