O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to alter the F.I.R. in Crime No.203 of 2015 dated 03.12.2015 and include the offence under Section 379 IPC based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.12.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.This Court by an order dated 12.02.2016 called for report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, to ascertain as to whether charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.203 of 2015 and whether the same was taken on file. A report received from the concerned Court stating that the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Further, it was stated that summons have also been issued to the accused returnable by 24.03.2016. Recording the statements made in the report, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
