For Petitioner : Mr.P.Ganesan (in all Wps) For Respondents : Mrs.V.Annalakshmi (in all Wps) Government Advocate COMMON ORDER Since the prayer in the above Writ Petitions are one and the same, they are clubbed together and a common order is passed.

2. The case of the petitioner in W.P.No.25554 of 2019 is that he was selected and appointed as Secondary Graduate Assistant posted at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Periyathappai, Karimangalam Union, Dharmapuri District on 25.08.2001. He was transferred to various places in Dharmapuri District in the years 2003, 2007 and 2010. In the year 2017, the petitioner was working as Secondary Grade Assistant at M.Jeeva Nagar Panchayat Union Elementary School, Pappireddipatti Union, Dharmapuri District and was transferred to Hills Station School, Salur Panchayat Union Elementary School, Pappireddypatti Union, Dharmapuri District. Thereafter, the petitioner was transferred to Panchayat Union Elementary School, Kalipattai, Pappireddipatti Union, Dharmapuri District in the year 2018. The petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent through proper channel and requests deferring the decision taken by the 3rd respondent to transfer him outside the union.

The case of the petitioner in W.P.No.25562 of 2019 is that she was selected and appointed as Secondary Graduate Assistant posted at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Manjanaickanathanda, Dharmapuri Union, Dharmapuri District on 14.03.2001. She was transferred to various places in Dharmapuri District in the years 2003, 2007 and 2010. In the year 2017, the petitioner was again transferred to Panchayat Union Elementary School, Salur, Pappireddypatti Union, Dharmapuri District. Thereafter, the petitioner was transferred to Panchayat Union Elementary School, Periyar Nagar (Menisi), Pappireddipatti Union, Dharmapuri District in the year 2018. The petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent through proper channel and requests deferring the decision taken by the 3rd respondent to transfer her outside the union.

4. The case of the petitioner in W.P.No.25566 of 2019 is that she was selected and appointed as Secondary Graduate

Assistant posted at Dharmapuri Municipality Union Elementary School, Dharmapuri District on 23.02.1990. She was transferred to various places in Dharmapuri District the in years 1999, 2005 & 2016. In the year 2017, the petitioner was working as Secondary Grade Assistant at M.Jeeva Nagar Panchayat Union Elementary School, Paiyarnatham, Pappireddipatti Union, Dharmaupuri District and was transferred to Hills Down Station School, Oddupatti Panchayat Union Elementary School, Pappireddypatti Union, Dharmapuri District. Thereafter, the petitioner was transferred to Panchayat Union Elementary School, Oddupatti, Pappireddipatti Union, Dharmapuri District in the year 2018. The petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent through proper channel and requests deferring the decision taken by the 3rd respondent to transfer her outside the union.

5. Thereafter without considering the representations made by the petitioners the 1st respondent had issued the proceedings dated 22.08.2019. Hence the Writ Petitions are filed.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice to issue directions to the respondents to dispose of the representations in accordance with law.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representations, if not disposed already within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
