The present Application has been filed to grant leave to the Applicant/Defendant to file the documents morefully described in the Schedule and to receive the same.

2. Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3317 of 2025 in C.S.No.366 of 2021 is ordered as prayed for, however, subject to proof, relevance and admissibility.
