Crl.M.P.No.13281 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6330 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8107 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023 to report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8107 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
