This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.82 of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police to the file of the District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police. 3.This Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation at this stage. There shall be a direction to the respondent Police to file a Final Report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has not already been filed.
