Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent(s) submitted that investigation has been completed, charge sheet has also been filed and trial has also been commenced in C.C.No.167 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Pollachi. Therefore, the relief sought for in these petitions has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State, nothing survives for further adjudication in these petitions, hence, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
