The present Application has been filed to extend the time period to execute the Security Bond by the Power of Attorney Agent in this regard in the above mentioned O.P. order dated 11.03.2025.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3417 of 2025 in O.P.No.645 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to execute the security bond on or before 22.08.2025.
