Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the lands and to fix boundary stones in survey no.224/7, 224/2, 224/5, 224/8A in Minnampalli Village, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2021 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the lands and to fix

boundary stones in survey no.224/7, 224/2, 224/5, 224/8A in Minnampalli Village, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2021 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner submitted representation to survey the lands and to fix boundary stones, which is pending. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent as well as the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2021 to survey the land comprising in survey no.224/7, 224/2, 224/5, 224/8A in Minnampalli Village, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
