This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.266 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 9(B)(1)(b) of Explosive Act 1884 as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.266 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.242 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalaipet.
