ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 30.09.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 376(2)(k), 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.05 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had promised to marry the victim girl and induced her to have physical contact, due to which, the victim became pregnant and delivered a female child. Thereafter, the petitioner had refused to marry the victim girl. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is in no way connected with the alleged offences and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16660 of 2021 dated 13.09.2021. He further submitted that the petitioner had already married another women and having two children. He further submitted that there is serious allegation made against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. This Court is of the view that on perusal of FIR, it is seen that there is serious allegation made against the petitioner and earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court, there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
